Hey there, I'm Brooke! A little about me is I was born and raised in southern Louisiana. I can't imagine ever leaving. I have many skills including accounting and computers, cake decorating, the ability to play many different sports and I love to sing too! One of my most cherished passions are my fur children. I have an amazing boyfriend, loving family and awesome friends... some would say that it's a great life but the truth is life is an amazing, yet crazy journey!
I've learned many life lessons, some at a young age. I was told that I was wise beyond my years growing up but I think that contributed to my parents allowing me to do whatever my heart desired! I danced, played sports year round, played clarinet in the band, was in the choir, was constantly at Skate Country and Cajun danced to scratch the surface. I wasn't the kid who focused all my energy on any one task. I was the kid who loved to explore and expand my talents. Today, I'm the adult who can say I'm pretty much the jack of all trades and master of some. ;)
There is so much I could write here but to keep it short and sweet, I'll stay current. My most recent task has been to get into another shape other than "round". Hey, it's OK to laugh WITH me! This journey FINALLY started about 7 weeks ago. I joined the gym on October 2, 2013. One thing that I feel is most important on this journey is to accept that it's something I did, no one else, it is also something I can undo! It won't be easy, but I promised myself it would be worth it! I own my poor decisions and mistakes. The great thing is that this is something only I can control. One thing is for sure... I LOVE a challenge!
